We are looking for an experienced Odoo Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding business requirements, and overseeing the successful implementation of Odoo solutions. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, business analysis, and project management skills to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Client Communication & Business Analysis:
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients to define Odoo implementation objectives.
• Provide expert advice on how Odoo can be tailored to meet business needs.
• Project Planning & Management:
• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate between technical teams, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implementation & Training:
• Oversee the implementation of Odoo ERP solutions, ensuring they align with client requirements.
• Work closely with developers and functional consultants to configure, customize, and deploy Odoo applications.
• Provide training and support to clients, ensuring successful adoption of Odoo systems.
• Testing & Quality Assurance:
• Ensure solutions are tested and validated before deployment.
• Gather client feedback and refine configurations as needed.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including business process workflows and system configurations.
• Prepare regular status reports and updates for internal stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 3+ years in Odoo implementation, ERP project management, or business analysis.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
• Project Management Skills: Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze business challenges and propose effective Odoo solutions.
• Team Coordination: Experience working with developers, consultants, and end-users.

Preferred Qualifications
• Odoo Certification or prior experience working in an Odoo partner company.
• Knowledge of Business Processes in industries like retail, manufacturing, or services.
• Experience in Client Training & Support for ERP systems.
